Who needs a Commercial EPC?

Which commercial buildings need an EPC?
Properties affected are defined as "having 4 walls and a roof and use energy to condition the indoor environment in any way". In this definition 'condition' includes:
- Heating
- Mechanical ventilation
- Air conditioning
Exceptions to the requirement to have a certificate are:
- Places of Worship
- Temporary Buildings in use for less than 2 Years (e.g. Site Buildings)
- Low Energy Demand Buildings (e.g. Barns)
- Stand Alone Buildings less than 50 sq m. (e.g. Sheds and Summer Houses)
